Module #1: Self awareness & communication

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom." - Aristotle

In the Self Awareness & Communication training, we delve into the profound truth expressed by Aristotle's quote. I believe that true communication begins with a deep understanding of oneself. Through my own journey of professional and personal growth, I have come to realize that everything, without exception, starts with self-awareness.

In this training, we emphasize the importance of continuous learning and self-discovery. By truly getting to know ourselves, we gain valuable insights that allow us to better understand others and effectively communicate our intentions. By aligning our words with our true meaning, we foster genuine connections and build stronger relationships.

Module #2: Motivation

"Success is not the key to motivation. Motivation is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful." - Albert Schweitzer

Welcome to the Motivation training module. One invaluable lesson I've learned on my journey is that every individual is unique, and their sources of motivation vary. As a remarkable leader, it is crucial not only to discover your own purpose but also to guide your team members in finding their why and uncovering their personal motivations. This is the art of leadership.

Leading with fairness does not mean treating everyone the same; it means ensuring that each individual feels equally valued and understood. By understanding the diverse motivations within your team, you can create an environment where everyone thrives and unleashes their full potential.

Module #3: Leading as a coach

"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: It is the courage to continue that counts." - Winston Churchill

Leading as a coach is the new leadership style. But why should leaders embrace coaching? Aren't employees supposed to know their work and perform accordingly? These are common questions I hear.

However, expecting everyone to work the same way is an illusion. Each person brings unique perspectives and strengths. The key is to harness their potential, align expectations, and establish boundaries. By striking the right balance between support and accountability, remarkable results can be achieved.

In this sessions we will explore the power of coaching as a leadership style and learn essential techniques to enhance our leadership effectiveness.

Module #4: Feedback culture (for real)

"Feedback is a gift. Ideas are the currency of our next success." - Jim Trinka and Les Wallace

In the company I worked for, we emphasized the importance of a feedback culture. However, I noticed that many employees, despite being open to receiving feedback and valuing its positive impact, struggled to provide valuable feedback to their colleagues. Even as a manager, I faced this challenge. This realization led me to ask you a question: Are you giving feedback to your team but hesitating to do the same for your colleagues?

What makes it difficult for people to give feedback? Why are they happy to receive feedback but hesitant to provide it? What does it take to deliver valuable feedback? These are the questions we will explore in our training session, Feedback Culture (For Real). We won't just talk about feedback and practice it; we will also delve into the implementation strategies.

Module #5: Iteration & Growth

"Inspect and adapt." - Agile Principle

Are you prepared for the unknown? How do you handle situations when things don't go as planned? This can be a significant source of stress, both as a leader and in our personal lives.

Fortunately, Agile principles and methodologies offer valuable insights in these challenging moments. They align remarkably well with the core principles of improvisational theater. That's why I have developed the Iteration & Growth training program.

Embracing the idea of "failing while trying to do it right" has been my mindset, and it has proven to be a path to success. Through self-reflection and a readiness for growth, we can navigate uncertainty and adapt to changing circumstances.

I hope you enjoyed exploring the five modules above. These Modules can be booked individually or as a package. If you're interested in a personalized offer, or you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Why Lead to grow

"I would not be the person I am today, nor would I have gained the valuable knowledge and growth I have, without the incredible people who have surrounded me."

Throughout my years of leading diverse teams, I've come to a crucial realization: my own growth is intricately linked to the growth of those around me. What does this mean? Well, I've learned from every interaction with my team, and without them, I wouldn't be the person I am today.

Let's be honest. As a manager, the ultimate goal is to achieve better results. However, when I initially took on this position, I was reminded of one fundamental aspect: "Your main task will be people management"

People management!

Managing people became my motivation. I became curious about what it takes to empower a team to consistently deliver exceptional results.

Unconsciously, my focus shifted towards the individuals within the team and I was dedicated to their professional and personal growth. By investing in the growth of my team members, I gained invaluable returns. I experienced personal and professional growth, while the team consistently delivered better and better results.

This is why I took the time to reflect on what has proven effective, drawing from both practical experiences and the knowledge gained through various training programs. The result of this reflection is a series of five interrelated yet standalone training modules. Each module is designed to be completed in approximately three hours, providing flexibility for you to customize and book according to the specific needs of your organization or team.
