Module #2: The art of understanding - Interact to connect

In this training we will learn different methods and games to find ways for your team to interact with each other. At the same time we will discuss why building relationships affects how the team performs.
In the second half of the training we will use interesting exercises to reflect on what prevent us from understanding others and learning some methods to overcome this barrier.
You will leave the training full of tools that you can apply directly to your professional and personal life, as well as exercises to do with your team.
Module #3: Decision making & involvement

But how to make effective decisions as a team? How does the way we make the decisions affects the sense of belonging of the team members? It's time to explore the art of 'when to involve whom and how' and revolutionize your team's decision-making process!

Why Sense of belonging & psychological safety

As a team leader, I have witnessed the remarkable performance of fully committed team members. The key factors contributing to this commitment are a sense of belonging and psychological safety, enabling individuals to share their opinions openly. Through trainings and hands-on experience, I have learned that when team members feel a genuine connection and are free to express themselves, they go the extra mile and contribute their valuable thoughts. This fosters an open environment that cultivates better ideas and collective growth.
However, putting this theory into practice can be a challenge. What does it mean for businesses, and how can leaders foster such an environment? While influencing emotions may seem daunting, it is indeed possible.
To address these challenges, I have developed five modules on this topic. These bite-sized modules are designed to be time-efficient, ideally lasting three hours (minimum of two hours). They can be easily combined and customized to meet your company's specific needs, whether offered as full-day trainings or spread out over several weeks. While the modules are interconnected, each one can also be offered independently.
